Using ribonucleic acid (RNA) as the raw material, four
5'-nucleotides, including 5'-adenylic acid (5'-AMP), 5'-guanylic
acid (5'-GMP), 5'-cytidylic acid (5'-CMP), and 5'-uridylic acid
(5'-UMP), are generated through biological enzyme-catalyzed
hydrolysis. Subsequently, high-purity individual 5'-nucleotide
products are obtained through chromatography separation. These
products can be applied in various fields such as medicine,
reagents, fine chemicals, and food additives.
